Your privacy is our priority. If you wish to delete your DentGoApp account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion:

To request account deletion, please contact us through the following email: help@dentgoapp.com

In your email, please include:

• Your full name.
• The email address associated with your account.
• Confirmation that you wish to delete your account.

What Happens After Deletion?

- Your account and all associated data, including appointments, health records, and personal information, will be permanently deleted within 14 days of your request.
- Certain data, such as payment or billing records, may be retained for legal or compliance purposes for up to 1 year.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your account is successfully deleted.
